Terms and Conditions:

1. Maximum coverage is 75% of the order amount
2. Applicant must complete the Credit Request Application and the required documents
3. Applicant must pass the credit investigation
4. Sign the Contract

   3. Memorandum of Association
   4. Balance Sheets for the last 2 years
   5. Bank Statement for the last 12 Months
   6. Company i-Score (البيان المجمع)

   8. Credit Application
2. For Egyptian Start-up Companies:
   1. Commercial Register
   2. Tax ID
   3. Memorandum of Association
   4. Bank Statement indicating the Deposited Capital
   5. Quotation from Over IP Middle East sales team
   6. Credit Application
3. For Branches of Foreign Companies in Egypt:
   1. Commercial Register
   2. Tax ID
   3. Memorandum of Association
   4. Balance Sheets for the last 2 years
   5. Bank Statement for the last 12 Months
   6. Bank Accredited i-Score (البيان المجمع)
   7. Quotation from Over IP Middle East sales team
