Senior Sales Account Manager

The Senior Sales Account Manager is the one who uses creativity and expertise to transform ambiguous and often complex opportunities into significant business deals. He/she supports the growth of the business by providing technical sales support for customers including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts in a manner that achieves long-term business objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact between the customers, distributors, and vendors to handle their individual needs.
  • Represent the company in a way that project its values, ethics and keenness for quality to all accounts and business partners.
  • Identify customers’ needs and generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Work closely with the Technical team to resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Operations team to create get the best products with best prices and share the details with customers.
  • Manage customers’ business interactions throughout their complete lifetime since generating the order until order delivery and company dues collection in coordination with the Operations and Finance teams.
  • Suggest actions to the Sales Department Manager to improve sales performance and to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain Good understanding on company portfolio of products, targeted markets and competition.
  • Maintain good IT technical understanding and knowledge within the scope of company’s domain of work to enable successful management of technical discussions with customers to assess customer needs and suggest solutions and products.
  • Continuous update of all sales activities on the CRM system.
  • Carry out the business activities in accordance with the established policies and procedures reflecting company values and good image at all times both internally and among customers, distributors and vendors.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of company portfolio of products at all times and ensuring reasonable customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly, actively report and work in close coordination and collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • University degree, computer science or any other IT related degree.
  • Post Graduate Studies in Project Management, Marketing, Sales or other relevant fields is a plus.
  • Other official IT certification is plus.

5-8 years of proven work experience as Sales Account Manager/ Executive in IT system integration company or similar IT field.

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and time management
  • Highly punctual and presentable.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and flexibility.
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office and Internet is a must.
  • Excellent English Command.
